4. Services and Scope

Empire Nail and Spa provides luxury manicure services, pedicure services, Gel-X nail extensions, hand and foot spa treatments, and related beauty and wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on technician expertise and scheduling.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or provide to us ("Your Content"), including photos and design references. By using our Services, you grant Empire Nail and Spa a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide our Services.

Contact Data: Any contact data you provide or manage through our platform will only be shared with third-party service providers as necessary to deliver the Services, in connection with a sale or merger of the business, or as required by law.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from Empire Nail and Spa. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Scheduling changes and service notifications
  • Follow-up messages after your visit
  • Promotional offers (only if you have opted in to marketing messages)

We do NOT share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and service. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or the claim is permanently barred.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our business, clients, or third parties.
